OUR STORY
We founded Ayana Jade on a simple belief: jewellery can be exquisite and ethical. Our background in design thinking and sustainable innovation shapes everything we make.

We design with conflict-free, natural Type A jadeite from a single known mine, paired with recycled sterling silver and made-to-order gold, all hallmarked in the UK. We craft in limited batches, never mass-produced, to honour materials and reduce waste. We also equip leaders to embed sustainability with evidence through our flagship programs, ProofDriven Innovation™ and ESG by Design™.
Most people know jade for “imperial green jadeite”. While we respect that legacy, we don’t chase it. We celebrate jadeite’s full living spectrum of colours, from oceanic pastels to deep forest greens, luminous whites, moonlit greys, and maple-bronze hues, reflecting our biophilic, biomimicry, and circular principles in practice.
